Are your items smoke free and/or pet free.
Most of items are stored away from pets and smoke. I cannot guaranty items I bought from sales, etc items are not been subjected to smoking, fireplaces, pets and or oil furnaces.
Some items are stored in my house which has pets and an oil furnace.
Why does item I bought still show as for sale?
Until the item is paid for it's still for sale to who ever pays first. Harsh perhaps, but cuts down on those who want to wait forever to pay. EQ's policy.

Since there is no calculator to do the shipping by zones, my cost are based on shipping to zone 8. Let me know your zip code and I will give you an accurate cost. Usually includes insurance too.
